高校教师教学发展中心建设探究

摘　　要：伴随高等教育发展需要,近几年我国相关高校教师发展机构数量呈急速增长的发展态势。本文详细回顾了我国高校教师发展机构的出现和发展过程,从结构和工作两个层面介绍了高校教师教学发展中心的整体情况,在此基础上剖析当前中心面临的3大问题:中心定位与特色不明确、中心对教师的吸引力不足和中心工作成效监督机制不完善,进而提出了未来中心建设的相关建议。With the development of higher education,China＇s related teachers＇ development organization increases rapidly in recent years.The paper reviews the emergent and development process of China＇s development organization for teachers and introduces center＇s general situation from its structure and work.Based on the above research,the author analyzes center＇s three main problems encountered： its position and features are not clear,it is lack of attraction to teachers,supervision mechanism to center work performance is imperfect,and then puts forward some advises for constructing the future center.
