摘  要:高校人才培养模式改革的成败在很大程度上受到教师素质和能力的影响,而高校教师职业的特殊性也决定了其职业道德素质的重要性。当前教师职业道德培养中存在一些问题,要培养完美师德,需要构建教师的积极心理,即培养积极的情绪体验,以树立高尚的职业理想;培养积极人格,以发展职业态度、职业技能;形成积极的社会环境或组织系统,以规范师德培养。The success of the reform of the talents's training mode in university is heavily influenced by the quality and ability of the teachers, and the particularity of the University Teachers'Profession also determine the significance of the quality of professional ethics. Through the reflection of some key problems in the current cultivate Of the professional ethics of the teachers, we explored the methods of teacher's training from the perspective of positive mentality. Namely, cultivating the positive emotional experience in order to foster exalted career aspirations~ cultivating the positive personality in order to develop the professional attitude and the professional skill; forming positive social environment or organizational systems in order to standardize the cultivation of the teacher's morality.
