摘　　要：农村幼儿园骨干教师置换脱产研修项目是国培计划中较为创新的培训模式,需要高校教育专家、实践基地园幼儿教师、教育行政人员、参训教师等多方共同参与,并将高师院校和实践幼儿园紧密联系,以合作为基础,用共同目标来引导双方参与组织培训。The rural kindergarten teachers training project is more innovative replacement off-the-job mode of training program, it needs the participation of university education experts, garden kindergarten teachers, educational administrators and teachers. It also needs close contacts between the normal colleges and kindergarten, to involve both sides in the organization of training guide.
