摘　　要：职业教育法的基本原则,是职业教育法所应遵循的基本要求和价值准则。我国职业教育法的基本原则有教育地位平等、产教结合、社会参与以及协调发展等。我国职业教育法总则对基本原则进行了规定,但存在一些不足和缺陷,需要在修订过程中完善。The basic principles of the Vocational Education Law are the basic requirements and value criteria which should be followed by the Vocational Education Law. The specific basic principles include equal educational status, the combination of industry and education, social participation and coordinated development, etc. The general provisions of Chi- na＇s Vocational Education Law have provisioned the basic principles. However, there are some shortcomings and deficien- cies, which need to be improved in the revision process.
