摘  要:用三氟乙酸衍生化后以高效液相法测定,对不同比例的乙醇与水对花生油中黄曲霉毒素B1的提取效率进行了研究。结果发现,以80%乙醇-水为提取液提取效果较好,在0.l~60μg/L范围内线性关系良好,其相关系数(R2)大于0.9999,方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.5μg/kg,平均回收率为83.2%;本方法的日内相对标准偏差不高于5.3%,日间相对标准偏差不高于4.6%。方法准确、灵敏,适用于花生油中黄曲霉毒素B1的测定。The extraction efficiency of aflatoxin B 1 from peanut oil with ethanol - water mixed solution was studied by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after derivatization with trifluoroacetic acid. The results showed that, using 80 % ethanol - water extraction liquid as extraction is better, and the calibration curve showed a good linear from 0.1 μg/L to 60 μ g/L with the correlation coefficient (R2) over 0.9999. The limit of detection (LOD, S/N=3) of Aflatoxin B1 was 0.5 p g,/kg, the average recovery was 83.2 %; The intra - day RSDs were no more than 5.3 %, and the inter-day RSDs were no more than 4.6 %. The method was accurate and sensitive, and was suitable for the analysis ofAflatoxin BI in peanut oil sample.
