摘  要:主体教育思想具有丰富的内涵。基于对主体性教育思想内涵的剖析,结合我国大学传统的人才培养模式存在的问题,提出大学人才培养模式的改革,在培养目标上要注重培养学生的主体性精神,在课程设置上要立足满足学生的多样化需求,在教学方法上要体现"启发式教学"的理念,在教学管理上要树立"保障和服务"的观念。Subject education ideology is endowed with rich connotation.Based on the analysis on the connotation of subjectivity education ideology and the existing problems in the traditional talent training mode of our universities,new ideas on the university talent training mode reform were put forward in this paper including the attention to subjectivity spirit cultivation in the goals of teaching,the syllabus and curriculum setup catering to the diversified needs by students,the popularization of heuristic teaching in teaching methodology and the fostering of guarantee and service conception in the teaching management.
