摘　　要：二十一世纪人类已进入信息化网络时代,医学教育自然也不例外。网络环境下的医学教育是一种具有巨大发展潜力的教学手段,它以学员为主体,以教师为主导的教学模式,真正突破了学习时空的局限性,具有多元化,学习方式多样化和学习过程个性化的特点;而QQ群可方便,及时地进行沟通和交流,弥补了网络环境下教学交互性不强的缺点。为培养二十一世纪合格的医学人才,QQ群在网络环境下教学是一个重要辅助教学手段。In the twenty-first century, mankind has en^red the information and network times, Medical education is no exception. Medical education under network environment is a huge potential for development of teaching means, by which taking students as the main body and the teachers as the leading has become the teaching mode. There are many characteristics, such as the real break- through in the study of spatial limitation, having a plurality, the study of diversification and the learning process of personality. Howev- er, the QQ group can be convenient, timely communication and exchange, which makes up the network environment teaching short- coming of interactivity being not strong. The QQ group under the environment of network teaching is an important means of teaching aids in order to cultare qualified medical personnel for the twenty-first century.
