对临床医学生开展实习前规范化临床技能培训的初步研究

摘　　要：为了提高实习质量,强化临床技能,保障医疗安全,我们首次进行了"对临床医学生开展实习前规范化临床技能培训"的初步研究。对43名08级临床医学五年制学生和48名07级临床医学八年制学生在实习前进行了10项临床技能操作培训。培训学生对常用的临床操作技能有了进一步的感性认识,认为对自己今后的实习将有较大帮助。In order to improve the quality of clinical practice, strengthen clinical skills and ensure the medical safety, the authors conducted a primary study of standardized clinical skills training for medical students before clinical practice. 43 5-year program medical students in grade 2007 and 48 8-year program medical students in grade 2008 were trained for 10 kinds of clinical skills before clinical practice. Most of the students consider the clinical skills training will help their future internship.
