摘　　要：本文概述了当前高职英语听力教学的重要性,并分析目前教学中存在的主要问题。依托能力本位教育,从学生,教师,课程体系和评价考核四个方面提出了优化听力教学的几点建议和策略。This paper summarizes the importance of listening teaching in vocational English, and ana- lyzes the main problems in current teaching. Based on the competence-based education, this paper puts forward some suggestions and strategies to optimize listening teaching from four aspects of students, teach- ers, curriculum and assessment.
