摘 要:双导师制人才培养模式要求专业教师(学校导师)具有较为全面的职业素质,在能够担任专业理论与实践教学的同时,还能够与企业导师一起为学生就业实现零距离岗位对接有效地开展工作。因此,明确高职报关专业教师的有效成长途径是报关专业双导师制人才培养模式能否得以实施的关键;教师成长途径得以实施的首要前提是教师要树立正确的高职教育教学观念和工作价值观;院系两级师资管理的理念及相关制度建设、措施落实则是根本保障。The mode of double tutorial system demands professional teachers are qualified with overall professional quality, and develop work with enterprises tutors for realizing zero-distance post connection of students' employment when undertaking professional theory and practical teaching. Therefore, it is the key to define teachers' growth paths in higher vocational customs declaration for implementing talents' training mode of double tutorial system. Its premise is to establish higher vocational educational teaching concept and working value concept. It should establish the concept of two-level teaching staff management between colleges and departments and the related system construction, and the measure implementation is the essential mlarantee.
