摘  要:高职院校的内涵式发展既是宏观的政策要求,也是院校自身发展的内在需求。借取多学科视野以期多角度地观照高职院校发展中所面临的困惑,聚合多学科观点以便解读多重利益攸关方的主旨价值追求,优化内在属性、厚积文化底蕴,打造专业品牌、培养特色人才,服务于和谐社会的构建及区域经济社会发展,增强高职院校的本土自信,实现高职教育质的跨越。The paper introduces the background of higher vocational colleges. It also proposes that the higher voca- tional colleges are expected to confront with the fussions and problems and understand the diffrent purposes of the multiple stakeholders from multi-perspectives. In the process of constructing harmonious society, the higher voca- tional colleges should aim at optimizing their internal properties through the connotative development, enhancing the cultural deposits, promoting sustainable ecological development, improving quality increasingly and becoming the drive of the local economic development.
