论高校思想政治理论课教师公信力建设

摘　　要：当前高校思想政治理论课教师公信力的总体状况良好,但也存在着弱化趋向;分析其成因并从强化教师职业道德修养、提高教学能力并优化知识结构、加强实践活动以协调师生关系以及树立正确的公众期待观等方面提出提升策略。Generally speaking ,it is good that the overall situation of ideological and political theory course teachers＇credibility of colleges and universities .But there is also a weakening trend .This paper an-alyzes its causes and propose the strategy of the teacher＇credibility from the aspects of strengthening the teacher＇occupation morality ,which can improve teaching skills and optimize the knowledge structure , strengthen practice to coordinate the relationship between teachers and students , grasp the profound knowledge and set the right expectations view to the teachers＇credibility and etc .
