摘　　要：大学素质教育包含人文科学素质、信息素质和终身学习3个主要内容,它重在培养大学生创新精神和实践能力,完善学生自身综合素质,需要一个长期持久的培养教育过程,大学图书馆的教育特色适合担当素质教育主角。University quality education contains the humanities quality, information quality and lifelong learning education, it focuses on training the students＇ innovation spirit and practice ability, improving the students＇ quality, need a long lasting influence of education and training, University library recessive education advantage of other teaching methods cannot match.
