摘  要:利用啤酒花成分、溴酸钠、硫酸锰、硫酸和丙酮组成的非平衡化学体系,研究了两种啤酒花的非线性化学指纹图谱,并对其进行了系统相似度计算。利用指纹图谱的直观特征和参数信息,对两种不同的啤酒花进行了种类鉴别和质量评价。结果表明,非线性化学指纹图谱技术为啤酒花的真伪和品种鉴别及其质量评价提供了一种快速、简便和准确的方法。Nonlinear chemical fi gerpfints of 2 kinds of hops were investigated by use of non-equilibrium chemical systems consisting of hop components, sodium bromated, manganese sulphate, sulphuric acid and acetone, and their system similarities were also calculated. Then variety indentification and quality assessment of the two different kinds of hops were carried out by comparing the visual characteristics and information parameters of their fingerprints. The results showed that nonlinear chemical fingerprint technique is a rapid, simple and accurate method for iden- tifying the authenticity and the variety of hops as well as evaluating their quality.
