试论才子书《玉娇梨》早期英译的西传特征

摘　　要：作为元明清"十大才子书"之一的《玉娇梨》在西方传播颇具影响,其英译本有待开展开拓性的探索。本文基于1827年《玉娇梨》的英译本,分析了中国文化因子的西传策略及误译现象,尝试探索中国古典文学西传的干涉因素,希望有助于启发当代语境下中国古典文学的外译与推广。As one of the ＂Ten Masterpieces by Talented Authors＂ in Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, The Two Fair Cousins was once popular in the West, while pioneering research needs to be implemented on its English version published in 1827. This paper generalizes several major translation strategies and some mistranslations in transferring cultural elements of the source text, examines the interferences in the dissemination of classical Chinese literature into the West, which is expected to enlighten the ways of translating classical Chinese literature into other languages in the contemporary context.
