摘　　要：责任是我国高校教师职业规范的重要内容之一,无论从教师还是学生的角度来看,着力加强高校辅导员队伍责任意识,建设对于学生的成长、成才以及高校辅导员切实履职具有重要意义。以人的责任心为视角,深入剖析当前辅导员队伍建设中存在的"责任缺失"现象和面临的诸多挑战,进一步分析破解"责任危机"的必要性和急迫性,提出以培养责任意识着力点,打造高素质辅导员队伍的职业形象、人格魅力,加强职业化和专业化建设,提升辅导员学习、创新的综合素质的有效措施。Responsibility is an important part of teacher＇s professional norms in colleges and u- niversities. From the point of view of either teachers or the students, strengthening the con- struction of college counselors＇ responsibility sense is of great significance for the growth and cultivation of students, as well as for effectively performing their duties of college counselors themselves. In the perspective of a person＇s sense of responsibility, in depth analysis is conduc- ted on the current phenomenon of ＂lack of responsibility＂ and the multi-challenges in the con- struction of college counselors. The necessity and urgency to breakthrough the ＂liability crisis＂ are expatiated and simuultaneously, some feasible measures are proposed by cultivating the sense of responsibility as starting point, creaing professional image of college counselors with high qualities and personality charisma, strengthening the construction of professionalization and specialization, so as to enhance the ability of college counselors in learning and comprehen- sive innovation.
