摘 要:目的:尝试建立以问题为基础的学习(PBL)与肿瘤多学科综合治疗(MDT)及个体化治疗相结合的创新型教学模式。方法:选取100名临床医学系八年制学生,进行PBL教学,与传统教学(LBL)进行对比,探讨PBL教学在肿瘤MDT及个体化治疗模式中的作用。结果:PBL教学组理论知识成绩与LBL教学组差异无统计学意义,但MDT及个体化病例分析及临床应用成绩显著优于LBL教学组(P<0.05)。问卷调查发现,90%学生青睐PBL教学。结论:在肿瘤MDT及个体化治疗模式中实施PBL教学法,能培养学生循证医学和创新思维,提高学生自主学习和临床知识运用能力。Objective:To establish an innovative educational system of problem based learning(PBL)combined with multi disciplinary treatment (MDT)and individualization treatment. Method:To evaluate the teaching effect of PBL combined with MDT and individualization treatment,100 medical students were divided into two groups:PBL education group and LBL education group. Result:The results showed that the students’scores of theory knowledge test of PBL group were similar to LBL education group,but the clinical skills test scores of MDT and individualization treatment were significantly higher than those of LBL education group( P 0.05). And the survey found that 90 percent of the students favored of PBL. Conclusion:PBL combined with MDT and individualization treatment is more helpful and more effective than traditional education in clinical education of Oncology,which can foster the evidence-based medicine and innovative thinking ability,and improve independent learning and application ability.
