摘　　要：文章分析了目前我国高校校企合作的现状以及在开展校企合作过程中所面临的主要问题,结合作者所在高校实际,提出了开展校企合作的具体实施,探讨了校企实训基地建设的途径,提出了目前校企合作人才培养的三种主要模式,对地方理工科院校开展校企合作具有一定的参考意义。This paper analyzed the present situation and the main problems of China＇s school-enterprise cooperation, combining the reality of the author in colleges and universities, put forward the concrete implementation of school-enterprise cooperation. This paper discussed the way of building the training base, the three main mode of school-enterprise cooperation in talent training. The research result has certain reference significance for the local science engineering colleges to carry out school-enterprise cooperation.
