摘  要:本科院校要从根本上为基础教育提供"上手快、能力强、留得住、有后劲"的高质量师资,就必须合理有效地整合校内、外的教师教育资源,创新教师教育管理体制机制,为师范生提供有利的组织环境支持;建立一个由高校教育教学专家、准教师(师范生)、基地导师共同参与的,"教""学""研"同期互动的教育实习模式。Colleges and universities should provide the foundation education with high quality teachers who can readily learn,who has strong ability,who can stay and who has the development potential.Therefore it is necessary to integrate reasonably and effectively on and off campus teacher education resources,innovate the teacher education management system and mechanism to provide the normal university students with favorable support of organizational environment.Also it is necessary for colleges and universities to establish education internship mode which includes the participation of educational experts,teaching students and base tutors,and which involves "teaching" and "learning" "research" interactively at the same time.
