摘 要:以瀹茶1号继代培养苗为试验材料,采用MS培养基分别添加不同浓度配比的6-BA、NAA、IBA、GA3,观察其对继代苗增殖生长的影响。结果表明,6-BA/NAA浓度比值在7.5—15之间时,苗生长势较好,NAA浓度处于0.1—0.5mg/L。GA3的添加对增殖和生长都有较好的促进作用,且隔代使用效果较好。总体来说,MS+1.5mg,/L6-BA+O.1mg/LNAA+0.2mg/LGA3(隔代)处理的继代苗生长势最好,增殖系数达到3.56,叶深绿、茎粗、节间较长、愈伤较少。Using the subculture plantlet ' Yu Cha No. 1 ' as the test material, observation was done on the effects of ratio of different concen- trations of 6-BA, NAA, IBA, GA3 added to MS medium on the subculture planflets. The results showed that in the ratio of 6-BA/NAA concentration between 7.5 - 15 and the concentration of NAA between 0. 1 - 0.5 rag/L, the growth potential of subculture planflets was well. The added GA3 played a positive role in promoting multiplication and growth of the subculture planflets of tea, and it would be better for inter-generational use. On the whole, the treatment MS + 1.5 mg/L 6-BA +0.1 mg/LNAA + 0.2 mg/LGA3 (throwhaek)was the best for multiplication and growth of the subculture plantlets of tea, and the multiplication coefficient came to 3.56, the leaves were dark green, the stem were stick, the intemedes length were long, and the callus were few.
