摘　　要：在跨文化交际活动中,民俗文化翻译在传递文化意象中起着不可估量的作用。从接受美学的视角,评析海南民俗文化英译实例,归纳民俗文化英译常用的文化信息处理策略,对准确传达文化意象,保持民族文化身份,塑造正面文化形象,促进海南国际旅游岛的建设,影响深远。Folk culture translation plays an important role in conveying cultural images during intercultural communication.From the perspective of aesthetics of reception,this paper analyzes the translation examples and summarizes the translation strategies to convey right cultural images,keep ethnic identities,create positive cultural profiles,and boost the development of Hainan international tourist destination.
