摘　　要：文章从心理学关于人的认知能力和操作能力的理论出发,以乌鲁木齐地区少数民族中学生为研究对象,探讨、分析双语教学对少数民族中学生认知能力和操作能力的影响。Based on a case study of ethnic minority students in the middle schools of Urumqi,this paper tries to discuss the influence of bilingual education upon the cognitive competence and operational capacity of ethnic minority students from the perspective of the theories concerning cognition and operation in psychology
