信任管理视角下的民办高校教师培养问题分析

摘  要:社会学家认为,信任对于社会发展是至关重要的。民办高校的发展,需要实行信任管理。但民办高校存在重“招生”轻“教学”,重“使用”轻“培训”等管理误区。为此,需树立“以教师为中心”的非理性管理理念,遵循教师人才成长的规律,建立长期性的信任合作机制和科学合理的教师激励机制。只有信任教师,才能造就有效的管理绩效,提高教育教学质量,促使学校良性发展。While sociologists hold that trust is essential to the development of the whole society, trust man- agement is vital to the development of private college. Nevertheless, paying more attention to enrollment than teaching, and emphasizing more on application than training are some general mistaken concepts existing in current private college. Thus, "teacher centered" non - rational management philosophy needs to be built by following the nature of teachers' development, establishing trust and cooperation mechanism and developing teachers' stimulation system scientifically and rationally in a long term ship. Only by the trust of teacher can the efficient management performance be achieved, the quality of education is improved and the sustainable development of the institutes be guaranteed.
