摘　　要：本文分析高校行政管理队伍现状,从明确高校行政管理专业化定位、深化教育职员制改革及建立健全相关管理机制等方面提出促进高校行政管理队伍建设的策略。This article analyzes the current situation of administrative staff development and puts forward strategies from clearing professional orientation, deepening the reform of education staff system, and establishing and perfecting the management mechanism.
