摘　　要：比较了板框和陶瓷膜在乙偶姻发酵液过滤中的应用。首先分别优化了板框过滤工艺和陶瓷膜过滤工艺,然后通过3批次的试验,对比了两种工艺的优缺点,其中采用陶瓷膜工艺的产品得率比板框工艺提高了13.3%。Comparison of the application of plate-and-frame and ceramic membrane on filtration of acetoin fermentation broth was studied in this paper. First, the processes of filtration with plate-and frame and ceramic membrane were optimized, then, three batches of tests were conducted, the advantages and disadvantages of two processes were compared. It was found that the yield of product by using ceramic membrane was increased 13.3 % than that of plate-and-frame.
