摘　　要：讨论了哈密顿矩阵类具有谱约束的最佳逼近问题的解的扰动分析,并给出了一个数值实例,数值试验表明理论结果与数值试验一致。The perturbation analysis of the optimal approximation solution with assigned spectra is carried out. A numerical example is also provided,and it shows that the theoretical results coincide with the numerical experiment.
