摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,企业对技能人才数量上的需求越来越大、能力上的要求越来越高,培养高技能型人才已经成为当今社会关注的焦点。在进行国内外高技能人才培养模式对比分析的基础上,借鉴国外高技能人才的培养模式,探讨我国培养高技能人才的有效模式,为加快我国高技能人才培养提供有力保障。With China＇ s rapid economic development, training the high-skiUed people has become the focus in soci-ety, because the enterprise needs more and more talented people. This thesis mainly talks about the mode of training this kind of people in our country on the basis of foreign mode by comparing the mode between our country and the foreign country. And it will help our country train high-skilled people as soon as possible.
