摘 要:从网上学习时间、学习目的、学习内容、学习活动方式、学习效果五个方面对远程学习者网上学习现状及其影响因素进行调查分析,结果表明,在国家开放大学建设和发展的大背景下,要促进远程学习者网上有效学习,必须加强网上资源的设计与开发,加强网上活动的设计与组织,提高网上学习的监控与评价,注重网上学习支持服务的提升与完善。The quality of online education has become the key to influence and restrict the benign develop ment of distance education. Under the background of the construction and development of the Open Uni versity of China, exploring the distance learners online learning is essential from the perspective of learn ers leaning. By employing the questionnaire, interview and observation, the paper analyses the present condition and influential factors of distance learners' online learning from the following five aspects, the online learning time, the online learning objective, the online learning content, the organizational form of online learning, and the online learning effect. On the basis of these, the paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the distance learners' effective online learning.
