摘　　要：当今社会呼唤创新型人才,但传统教学模式、教学方法等诸多问题阻碍了创新型人才培养的质量,从创新型人才培养中存在的诸多问题出发,对其加以分析,并提出相应对策。In today＇s society,creative talents were called for,but many problems of the traditional teaching mode,teaching method,hinder the quality of innovative talents cultivation.Many problems,including the cultivation of innovative talents in existence,were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
