高职英语教师专业化发展面临的问题与对策

摘　　要：高职英语教师专业化是高职英语教师成为一名专业教师的动态成长过程,需要教师个人的努力和客观环境的支持。高职英语教师专业化发展面临行业知识不强、英语学科地位不突出、德性伦理建设滞后、持续发展有效机制尚未开发、缺乏社会支持等问题和挑战。因此,必须建立高职英语教师长效专业发展机制,完善资格准入制度,推动伦理建设,为高职英语教师专业化发展提供充分的社会支持和保障。The professionalization of English teachers engaged in higher vocational education is a dynamic process in which individual endeavor and institutional support are the key influencing elements.Some problems and challenges exist in the professionalization process of English teachers engaged in higher vocational education,such as the weak industry expertise,the so-so English education discipline,the hysteretic virtue ethics construction,the undeveloped effective mechanism for sustainable development,the shortage of social support,etc.Therefore,it is necessary for English teachers engaged in higher vocational education to establish a long-acting professional development mechanism,perfect the qualification access system,promote the ethics construction and provide the sufficient social support and guarantee for their professionalization development.
