英国增强青少年职业技能的工作室学校教育模式探析

摘　　要：英国工作室学校作为解决青少年职业技能缺乏问题而确立的新型学校教育模式,引起政府、企业雇主、学生与家长的广泛关注。工作室学校在课程设置时将每学年分成三个单元,每个单元采用为期17周的专题性知识领域组织学生学习。工作室学校重视就业与职业技能的培养,实施个性化指导,采用项目式学习,让学生在校期间从事实际工作,提倡师生互动。As a new type of school education model,studio schools in the UK are built to resolve the issue of vocational skills shortage of youth,which have aroused wide attentions by the government,employers,students and parents.In September 2010,the UK established the first studio school in the world and achieved marvelous teaching results.In curriculum,studio school divides each academic year into three units;then,every unit organizes students＇ learning with one thematic knowledge area in 17 weeks.Studio schools emphasize to cultivate employability and enterprise skills;implement personal coaching;adopt project-based learning;undertake real work;promote teacher-student interaction.
