摘　　要：石榴多酚广泛存在于石榴皮、籽、汁、叶、花中,是石榴中最重要的生物活性成分。文章分别对石榴多酚的提取方法、检测方法和成分分析方面的研究现状进行总结。Pomegranate polyphenol widely exists in pomegranate peel, seed, juice, leaf and flower. It＇s the most important bioactive composition in pomegranate.The research progress in extraction, detection and composition analysis of pomegranate polyphenol were summarized in this paper respectively,the future research direction and prospects for the pomegranate polyphenol were pointed out too.
