摘　　要：职前教师选拔是教师教育的源头性环节,关乎教师教育的质量。21世纪伊始,在专业知识、专业技能、专业品性三维标准的引领下,美加两国对职前教师选拔制度进行改革,组织机构、选拔要求、选拔程序得以重构。新三维标准引领,多元化评价,内隐特质外显化,关注自我选择,发挥预期社会化作用,成为美加两国职前教师选拔制度改革的重要特征。As an original process, the selection of pre-service teacher candidates determines the quality of teacher education. In the early 21st century, USA and Canada underwent a reform in their pre-service teacher ed- ucation selection system, and the institutions, requirements and procedures are reconstructed. The characteristics that feature pre-service teacher education selection system in these two countries are the leading criteria of knowl- edge, skills and dispositions, the diversified evaluation, the explicit of implicit characteristics, the concern about self-selection, and the anticipatory socialization.
