承德地区中等职业学校校企合作问题分析及对策探究

摘　　要：校企合作是职业教育发展的必由之路,但是从目前职业教育的发展来看,校企合作的开展并不顺利,尤其是中等职业教育在实行校企合作过程中困难重重,存在许多问题,如校企合作缺乏法律法规保障、企业合作积极性不高、形式过于简单等。为了提高校企合作的效果,必须完善校企合作的法律法规,开展集团化办学,建立产业导向、行业参与的校企联动模式,建立协调统一的校企合作平台,构建立体式的校企合作机制,营造有利于中职教育发展的社会环境。School- enterprise cooperation is the only way to develop vocational education. But from the current de- velopment of vocational education, we can find that there have been a lot of difficulties of school - enterprise cooper- ation, especially in secondary education, such as the absence of law guarantee, the limited enthusiasm of enterprise, and too simple forms. To improve the effect of school - enterprise cooperation, we should perfect the relevant laws, carry out group operating of school, establish industry - oriented Co - Development Pattern of school and enterprise and coordinated platform for school - enterprise cooperation, construct three - dimensional system of school - enter- prise cooperation, and social environment in favor of the development of secondary vocational education.
