高职院校毕业生就业能力存在的问题及原因分析

摘　　要：就业能力是大学生专业基本能力、社会适应能力、竞争发展能力和创新创业能力的综合体现。当前高职院校毕业生存在着人文素养不高、社会适应能力欠缺、抗挫能力不强、职业规划意识淡薄、创新创业能力较弱等问题。其原因在于高职院校人才培养模式落后、专业课程设置不合理、就业指导与服务亟待加强。Employability is a comprehensive expression of basic professional ability, ability to adapt the society, com- petitive development ability,innovative ability and entrepreneurship. At present, there have been some problems in vocational college graduates, such as poor quality of humanity, ability to adapt the society, anti - discouragement a- bility, vocational plan awareness,innovative ability and entrepreneurship. The reason lies in backward talents train- ing mode, unreasonable curriculum, and insufficient employment guidance and service in vocational colleges.
