离子色谱法测定饮用水中6种阴离子的研究

摘　　要：建立一种测定饮用水中6种阴离子的离子色谱分析方法。选用Dionex Ion Pac AS-19阴离子色谱柱,结合Dionex Ion Pac AG-19保护柱,Dionex ASRS 300抑制器,RFC-30淋洗液自动发生器,采用20mmol/L KOH淋洗液,流速为1.0mL/min。在一定的浓度范围内,各组分线性关系良好(r>0.999),检出限1.4μg/L^6.4μg/L,回收率范围:90.2%~106.6%。该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可以作为水中阴离子的检测方法。To establish an analytical method for the determination of 6 kinds of anions in drinking water by ion chromatography （IC）, dionex Ion Pac AS-19 anionic chromatography column was used, combined with Dionex Ion Pac AG-19 to protect column, Dionex ASRS suppressor 300 and RFC-30 automatic eluent generator. The eluent was 20 mmol/L KOH while flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Within the certain concentration range, there was a good linear relationship （r〉0.999）, the detection limit was 1.4μg/L-6.4μg/L, recovery range was 90.2%-106.6%. This method is simple, sensi- tive and accurate. It can be used as a measuring method of six kinds of anion.
