摘　　要：以问题为基础学习（problem-based learning,PBL）是我国医学教育改革的重要发展方向之一.目前,国内针对临床实习阶段医学生开展的长期PBL教学研究报道有限.吉林大学白求恩第一医院整合现有资源,以兴趣小组模式开展以英文、跨学科为特色的PBL教学并进行了为期2年的教学研究.实践证明,英文、跨学科PBL模式能够提高临床实习医学生的学习积极性、临床综合能力、专业英文水平,具有一定推广价值.Problem-based learning （PBL） is one of the most important research fields in the reformation of medical education in China.However,there is limited information regarding the long-term effect of PBL for medical students in clerkships.The First Bethune Hospital of Jilin University has infesvated the existing resource and improved a multi-disciplinary problem-based learning in English with interest groups.After observation in the past 2 years,it turns out that this method could inspire students＇ motivation and improve their learning effect in clinical skills and medical English.
