人本主义教育观对高职高专"教师口语"课程改革的启示

摘  要:教师职业口语是师范生首要的基本职业技能,也是教师能力结构的主要方面之一。“教师口语”课程的开设对训练和提高师范生普通话的听说能力.锻炼和培养他们的教师职业口语表达技能都具有重要意义。目前,高职高专的教师口语教学还存在着不少障碍以及问题,笔者试图从人本主义教育思想角度出发,探寻高职高专教师口语教学思路的创新和改革。Teachers’ professional spoken language is the basic professional skill for Normal School students ,and one of the major components of the capability structure of teachers. It is the curriculum of Teacher’s Spoken Language that is of great significance in training and improving students’ Mandarin skil s as wel as in exercising and cultivating their teachers’ professional spoken language skills. Currently,there are still many obstacles and problems in the teaching process of Teacher’s Spoken Language for col ege students. Thus,this paper tries to explore the ideas of educational innovation and reform of this curriculum for China’s Higher Vocational Col eges from the educational view of Humanistic Psychology.
