摘　　要：文章认为综合化融合化是高等医学教育改革的一大发展趋势。文章从 2 1世纪科学技术和医学科学发展以及当代医学模式转变角度 ,论证了综合化融合化发展趋势的客观必然性。文章着重分析了综合化融合化趋势在医学人才培养目标和人才培养模式改革、教育体制和组织机构改革以及教学内容和课程体系改革中的具体体现。The author thought the integration and the merger was the trend of development of reform of higher medical education. The paper demonstrated the objective necessity of the trend of development of integration and merger based on development of science and technology and medical science in 21 century and change of medical model. In particular, the paper analyzed the trend of integration and merger in target of training medical talent, reform of system of training talent, reform of education system and organization and reform of teaching content and curriculum.
