摘　　要：育人为本是教育基本理念的重大创新,其核心诉求是促进学生自由而全面发展。这种发展并非是一种孤立的价值承诺,它需要平等、宽容、良心和责任等其他良善价值的"相伴同行",以此共同完成育人为本理念的多元价值建构。Education centered on human development is the major innovation of education concept, whose core re- quirement is to promote the students＇ free and overall development. The development is not an isolated value commitment. Instead, it requires the accompany of some good values like equality, tolerance, conscience, and responsibility to together finish the multiple value construction of education centered on human development.
