Simulation Research the Influence of Brake Pipe Local Reduction Ability on the Heavy Haul Longitudinal Impact

摘  要:应用重载列车空气制动与纵向动力学联合仿真系统,分析了常用制动时,一段局减孔、二段局减孔和局减阀弹簧对列车制动特性和纵向冲动的影响。常用制动时,一段局减孔面积增加90%,尾车列车管排气时间减少约7%,尾车制动缸达到平衡所用时间减少约10%,最大压钩力减小3.30%~4.84%。二段局减孔面积对列车制动特性和纵向冲动影响很小。局减阀弹簧工作弹力从35.8N增加到90.8N时,尾车列车管排气时间减少10.04%~18.24%,尾车制动缸达到平衡的时间减少19.25%~34.43%,压钩力减小3.30%~11.63%。局减阀弹簧工作弹力对重载列车车钩力影响最大,局减阀弹簧工作弹力越大,车钩力越小;一段局减孔径对车钩力影响次之,孔径越大,车钩力越小。二段局减孔径对车钩力影响很小。该研究为重载列车用新分配阀的设计和发展提供了方向。With integrated heavy haul train air brake and longitudinal dynamic simulation system,the first phase local reduction choke,the second phase local reduction choke and local reduction valve spring working force influence on heavy haul train longitudinal coupler are analyzed for a big and small amount reduction brake service application.The first phase local reduction choke increases 90%,last car brake pipe exhaust time reduces by about 7%,brake cylinder pressure balance time reduces by about 10%;the maximum compressive coupler force reduces 3.30%~4.84%.There is little effect of two phase local reduction choke area on the train braking characteristics and longitudinal impact.Local reduction valve spring working force increases from 35.8N to 90.8N,last car brake pipe exhaust time reduces by 10.04%~18.24%.the brake cylinder pressure balance time reduces by 19.25%~34.43%,the maximum compressive coupler force reduces 3.30% ~11.63%.The most important factor of influence coupler force is local reduction valve spring force,the bigger spring force is,the smaller coupler force;the second important factor is the first phase local reduction choke,the bigger choke area,the smaller the coupler force;second phase local reduction choke area has almost no effect on coupler force.The study is useful for development new distribution valve of heavy haul train.
