摘　　要：在大药学环境中,结合学院CHIPS教学理念,对药物化学课程进行药学"通才"基础教育、知识拓展探索以及初级科研训练渐进式教学模式,以培养适应新世纪社会各层次需要的药学人才。In comprehensive pharmaceutical sciences, basing on the CHIPS teaching idea developed by Fudan Uni- versity pharmacy school, the teaching of Medicinal Chemistry curriculum has been carried out vht pharmaceutical ＂generalist＂ basic education ,knowledge development exploring as well as primary research training in progressive learning model to bring up pharmaceutical talents for the requirement of all levels of society in the new century.
