摘　　要：本文分析了我国教师教育本科人才培养中存在的主要问题,提出了教师教育人才培养模式改革的思路,阐述了华中师范大学教师教育改革的措施和经验,并表达了工作中的体会和思考。This paper analyzes the main problems existed in the undergraduate level of teacher education in China, puts forward the thoughts of innovative training mode of teacher education, in- troduces the reform measures and experiences of Central China Normal University in this domain and provides some thoughts and ideas on it.
