摘　　要：在分析高校《管理学原理》教学现状及存在问题的基础上,本研究借鉴挖掘性学习和探索性学习理论并结合长期教学实践,提出了基于挖掘性学习和探索性学习相结合的《管理学原理》教学方法及改革思路。On the basis of analyzing the current teaching status and practical problems existed in the course of management principle, using theory of exploitative learning and explorative learning and long term teaching practice, the paper brings forward teaching means of management principle based on combining exploitative learning with explorative learning, and proposes some reformation methods.
