摘 要:目的了解领导-部属交换质量与护士感知的授权行为的现状及相关性。方法采用领导-部属交换量表和授权行为量表对267名注册护士进行调查,所获资料行统计描述和相关性分析。结果护士感知到的领导-部属交换得分为5.22±1.09、授权行为得分为5.26±1.14,领导-部属交换质量与授权行为呈正向相关性(r=0.65,P<0.01)。结论护士感知到的领导-部属交换质量和授权行为处于较高水平且存在较大偏差,高水平的领导-部属交换质量可提升护士感知到的授权行为,医院护理管理者应给予护士更多的支持、帮助与关怀以提升其感知度。Objective To explore status and relationship between leader-member exchange quality and perceptions of empowerment among nurses. Methods A total of 267 registered nurses were surveyed by filling out the Leader-Member Exchange Scale and the Empowerment Behavior Scale. Results Nursesr perceptions of leader-member exchange and empowerment behaviors scored 5. 22 (SE= 1.09) and 5. 26 (SE= 1. 14) respectively. There was a positive correlation between leader-member exchange quality and empowerment behaviors (r=0.65, P〈0.01). Conclusion The leader-member exchange quality and empowerment behaviors perceived by nurses are at high levels, whereas there are large deviations. A high level of leader-member exchange quality can enhance perceptions of empowerment among nurses, so nurse managers should provide nurses with more support, help and caring in order to promote their perceptions of empowerment.
