摘 要:目的通过对市售婴幼儿配方奶粉中阪崎肠杆菌的检测,了解阪崎肠杆菌在婴幼儿配方奶粉中的污染情况。方法按照中华人民共和国国家标准(食品微生物学检验)(GB4789.40-2010),对来自鹤壁市超市的婴幼儿配方奶粉进行检测。结果 73份样品10份样品检出阪崎肠杆菌,检出率13.7%。结论阪崎肠杆菌是污染婴幼儿奶粉的条件致病菌之一,实验室检测奶粉中的阪崎肠杆菌对婴幼儿的健康成长和食品安全等方面具有重大意义。Objective To study the molecules of Enterobacter sakazakii in infant formula milk power. Method Enterobacter sakazakii of infant formula milk powder were detected according to the food microbiology detection part of national standard about foods safety( GB4789. 30 -2010). Result There were 10 samples having Enterobacter sakazakii in all 73 samples, The positive rate was 13.7%. Conclusion Enterobacter sakazakii in powder is the vital opportunistic pathogens, which can lead to baby foodborne disease and death. The detecting of Enterobacter sakazakii in infant formula milk powder has great significance on children healthy and food safety.
