摘　　要：困难气道仍是目前麻醉医生最具挑战性的工作。为了使麻醉专业学生能够更系统了解、熟悉和掌握有关困难气道的内容，我们在教学中采用多元化教学手段和方法．实现教师主导学生主体学习相结合，充分利用多种教学资源，达到了较好建构困难气道知识的教学效果。Now difficult airway is one of the critical aspects for anaesthesia residents＇ trainning. In order to make better understanding, and also familiar with the relevant content of the difficult airway, it is important to make full use of diversified teaching practice and resources, and set up high quality courses to improve difficult airway training. It maintains that individuals construct their own understandings or knowledge through the interaction from what they already.
