摘　　要：利用经验似然方法研究一元线性回归模型参数的检验问题,构造了相关检验的检验统计量,并在零假设下获得了检验统计量的极限分布.结果表明,该方法可用于多克隆抗体稀释倍数与有色物吸光度值(OD值)的建模.The authors studied the test problem for empirical likelihood method. The empirical likelihood linear regression model parameter using the ratio statistic was established and its limiting distribution was obtained under null hypothesis. Moreover, we further used this method for the modeling study between the dilution multiple and the optical density of the colored compound （OD value）.
