摘　　要：计算机辅助药物设计是现代创新药物研究的前沿领域和发展方向。在制药工程专业介绍计算机辅助药物分子设计知识,让学生尽早了解相关学科的内容,已是学科发展的必然趋势。本文从授课平台建设、教学内容、教学方法和手段、教学评价体系等方面对"计算机辅助药物分子设计"课程建设与实践进行了总结。Computer - aided drug design （CADD） was research front and development direction of modem innovation medicine, which was necessary development tendency of subject for introduction of knowledge of CADD in pharmaceutical engineering and making student understand the contents of the related subjects as soon as possible. In this paper, the construction and practice on the course of CADD was introduced in terms of the construction of teaching platform, teaching content and method, teaching evaluation index system, and so on.
