摘　　要：人文素质教育是实现高职教育人才培养目标的重要保障,基于高职人文素质教育现状研究,以湖北三峡职业技术学院为例,提出以树立专业教育与人文教育相融合的教育理念,确定清晰的人文素质教育目标为基础,构建"四大主题、三大途径、两大措施"的人文素质教育体系。Humanistic quality education is the important support for realizing the goal of higher vocational educa- tion. Based on study of humanistic quality education in Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic,the paper puts forward the idea of establishing a humanistic quality education system which contains four themes, three paths and two measures and is based on the establishment of knowledge education and humanistic education combined education conception and a clearly defined humanistic ClUalitv education goal.
